Our Founding Fathers feared presidents might abuse their powers, so they included in the Constitution a process for removing one from office called Impeachment. Under the Constitution, the president can be removed from office for “Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors,” basically corruption or abuses of public trust not a violation of criminal statutes.
Former President Gerald Ford, while in Congress, famously said: “An impeachable offense is whatever a majority of the House of Representatives considers it to be at a given moment in history.” Those words ring true today.
Just one year after the first President Trump impeachment scam by the House (yet was acquitted in the Senate), in round two the corrupt deep state politicians have revealed even more unsubstantiated lies and doctored materials to sway public opinion. As House managers and prosecution rests their case, they warn that if “Trump is not convicted, it sets ‘a new terrible standard for presidential misconduct,’ and that ‘Trump could do it again.'”
Do what again? Tell the truth that the 2020 election was stolen? That our country was robbed of a free and fair election? That Mike Pence should “do the right thing?” That he would have won if the balloting process had been correct? Because he expressed his opinion? When is that an insurrection? When is expressing an opinion grounds for impeachment even if President Trump was still in the White House?
Sadly, the prosecution has created a make-believe movie, full of pretend scenarios and a storyline that doesn’t add up to reality. The evil deep state players in this movie have constructed so many lies in their argument that the average American must be confused. They even condemned him for a comment he made BEFORE the election that he would win if the balloting was conducted fairly…and he was right. Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-Texas) charged Trump with “telling his supporters, the only way he could lose the election is if it was stolen. He truly made his base believe that the only way he could lose was if the election was rigged.” President Trump was not only correct in his assessment but most candidates declare their impending victory while on the trail…
As we all know, President Trump had good reason to suspect the election would be fraudulent. According to the Gateway Pundit, “States were adopting mail-in ballots with weeks-long voting periods. That blatantly violated the mandate for a single-day election in a federal statute passed under the Constitution’s Same Day Clause. Further, election officials in swing states were fiddling with voting and counting procedures without the consent of their state legislatures.” President also knew that the powerful Deep State had been trying to get rid of him for four years, so rigging the election was a probable scenario.
Another impeachable offense according to the CCP puppet Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.), was that “Day after day, [Trump] told his supporters false outlandish lies that the victory, that the election outcome was taken and it was rigged. And he had absolutely no support for his claims.” The false outlandish lies are the ones being told by these nasty deep state puppets because the election WAS fraudulent…stolen from the American people and hidden by mainstream media and the corrupt politicians on the local, state and federal level. So if President Trump believed there was election fraud that caused his loss, and that his opponent was involved, then the First Amendment protected his rights to tell his base. Period.
Interestingly, the House managers are on a slippery slope as they will have to prove that President Trump did not have any evidence of election fraud. According to the Gateway Pundit, “In an impeachment trial, if the House managers claim that the accused’s alleged lies form a basis for conviction, then they have the burden of proving—by clear and convincing evidence—that the statements were, in fact, lies. In this trial, they need to introduce clear proof that (1) the election was clean and (2) Trump knew it was clean when he said it was not.” Now maybe it’s President Trump’s turn.
Senator Ted Cruz said that while the House managers’ presentation was “designed to be emotional and powerful,” it only makes the case that a “terrorist attack” occurred at the Capitol on Jan. 6. He said that the prosecution team presented “virtually no argument” on how Trump’s conduct meets the legal standard of incitement.
“The House managers focused a great deal on the president, using words like ‘fight or fight like hell.’ Well if that constitutes incitement, then every single political candidate in America is guilty of incitement,” Cruz said. “Because I guarantee you all 100 senators in that chamber have stood on the stump and said we need to ‘fight or fight like hell.’”
Cruz also said that Trump’s lawyers now need to make clear how the impeachment managers have not carried out their burden of proof, and have not demonstrated that Trump’s conduct satisfied the legal standard of “high crimes and misdemeanors” required for conviction under the U.S. Constitution.
“And any standard that is put forth and certainly any standard that House managers have tried to put forward on its face would equally condemn multiple comments from multiple Democrats, whether it is Nancy Pelosi calling police officers storm troopers and Nazis, whether it is Chuck Schumer threatening to ‘unleash the whirlwind’ on Supreme Court justices,” he said.
The bottomline: The Democrats and deep state RINO’s know that President Trump never incited anything as he asked only for a peaceful march to the Capitol. They themselves are the ones who orchestrated the despicable irreverence to our Capitol hiring Antifa thugs dressed like Trump supporters to “breach” all for the cameras to sway public opinion. The sad reality is when will the truth come out? When will the brainwashed public see the real truth? When will Ashly Babbitt’s murderer be found? What actually happened to the police officers who died? American’s need to know the truth.
Maybe this faux impeachment trial is just a deep state distraction to what’s happening right now at our borders…that hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants are being allowed to walk casually into our Nation…

The Impeachment: The 56-44 vote late Tuesday declaring the impeachment trial constitutional lured just six GOP senators, meaning 11 more must be persuaded to secure conviction at the commencement of the trial possibly today or tomorrow, which seems highly unlikely. This “half-baked” single-article impeachment non sense was rushed by the House without any investigation and no witnesses and needs a two thirds vote to convict. Meanwhile the Nation watches as the Impeachment managers continue to weave tall tales through doctored videos, edited speeches from President Trump and blatant lies about the events that took place on January 6th, all the while knowing who really incited the violence…themselves. On this potential final day (Friday), let’s see if President Trump allows his lawyers to show the evidence of actual fraud from the election once and for all. Election Fraud: Speaking with my friend in the neighborhood the other day, she said that there wasn’t any evidence of election fraud and that she didn’t believe the elecection was stolen at all, to which I was blown away. I had to realize just how brainwashed these preople have been. Yet, as more evidence of election fraud is now being released, the public is starting to see for the first time that the fraud is real.

The Deep State: A recent deep state infiltrator has revealed herself…Nicki Hailey has come out criticizing President Trump and all Trump supporters saying, “we should never have followed President Trump.” Really Nicki? You just killed your poltical career…But now people who worked on behalf of the deep state are starting to talk. In a recent audio tape, the alleged truth about the inside domestic terrorism trom the “dirty tricks squad” has been revealed implicating Rod Rosenstein and others who have been illegally spied on Americans to compromise officials. Using national intelligence, Rod’s team, which includes Mike Pence, Justice Roberts, Paul Ryan and others, have been targetting judges, competing candidates and leaders by breaking into computers, placing compromising information and/or videotaping their sexual escapades. One report has shown that Mike Pence had been caught on tape with several young men. If this is true, that explains a lot. According to the confidant, the deep state has been using illegal survelliance to compromise people for quite some time.
The deep state thinks they have won. But a man like President Trump is not likely to walk away from those who have decieved him…stolen from him.
COVID-19: Dennis Prager claims: “I will now state with equal certitude that the American medical profession as a whole and many individual doctors are responsible for the deaths of tens of thousands of Americans — very possibly, more than that. Along with the media — from The New York Times to Google/YouTube, Facebook and Twitter — Americans have been denied both life-saving information and life-saving drugs.” (during this “pandemic). And he’s is right. From the beginning, President Trump suggested hydroxychloroquine as a medication to help fight COVID, but the WHO, Dr. Fauci and others claimed he was wrong. Subsequently, many doctors and nurses were not allowed to prescribe this drug, or ivermectin which is also supposed to alleviate symptoms of the COVID virus, causing some to die.
Futhermore, in May, Gateway Pundit reported that New York’s Governor Andrew Cuomo, Health Commissioner Howard Zucker, MD and Executive Deputy Commissioner Sally Dreslin’s actions led to thousands of deaths in New York state. apparently, Cuomo was given a $1 million cash infusion for his campaign from the General New York Hospital Association to which he repaid them by giving them blanket immunity protections for healthcare industry executives and administrators…the same individuals and institutions who have made a fortune moving sick Covid-19 patients to nursing homes. Florida’s Governor Pushes Back on Possible CCP Virus-Related Travel Restrictions

Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis is pushing back against a report about a potential CCP Virus related domestic travel restriction for Floridians, calling the idea “unconstitutional.”
“And I think it’s an absurd report that they would be doing that. I think it would be unconstitutional, it would be unwise and it would be unjust,” DeSantis said at a press conference on Thursday.
The Miami Herald reported Wednesday that the Biden administration is considering whether to impose domestic travel restrictions, including on Florida, to stem the spread of the UK variant.
The Center for Disease Control (CDC) says it is monitoring the UK variant, known as B.1.1.7, which has recently surged in Florida and California, where over a third of all cases in the United States have been identified.
Meanwhile, DeSantis said he is unclear why the Biden administration would target Florida for travel restriction given the pandemic is far worse in other states and the southern border permits illegal immigrants.
“And if you think about it, restricting the right of Americans to travel freely throughout our country while allowing illegal aliens to pour across the southern border unmolested would be a ridiculous, but very damaging, farce,” he continued.
DeSantis told reporters that he will oppose any travel restrictions, because Florida is doing better than many other states to contain the virus, with the death rates lower and the rate of vaccinations.
“So we will oppose it 100 percent,” DeSantis said. “It would not be based in science. It would purely be a political attack against the people of Florida, and it’s unclear why they would even try talking about that.”
After DeSantis’s press briefing, White House press secretary Jen Psaki addressed the idea of the reported domestic travel restrictions at her daily briefing on Thursday.
“We are always considering what steps are necessary to keep the American people safe, but we are not currently in the process of… no decisions have been made around additional public health measures that would delay—or would change, I should say—domestic travel considerations,” Psaki said.
Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) on Wednesday wrote a letter to President Joe Biden amid the reports of travel restrictions.
“Instituting a travel ban, or any restriction of movement between the states would be an outrageous, authoritarian move that has no basis in law or science. Instead, it would only serve to inflict severe and devastating economic pain on an already damaged economy,” Rubio wrote.
Rubio called any travel restriction between states draconian and urged Biden to instead help citizens get access to the vaccine.
“Instead of dictating where Americans can, or cannot travel, your administration should instead focus on increasing supply and availability of vaccines, especially to Florida, the third most populous state and a winter retreat,” Rubio added.
LAPDOG: Marco Rubio unveils law that would ban guns for anyone ever investigated for ‘domestic terrorism’

Failed presidential candidate Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) has introduced legislation that would strip the Second Amendment rights of any individual who was simply investigated for domestic terrorism, even if they were not charged or convicted for committing an actual crime.

On February 2, Rubio reintroduced the bill he has been pushing since the Orlando Pulse radical Islamic terrorist attack in 2016. The bill calls for stripping individuals under investigation for domestic terrorism of their ability to own or purchase firearms, a move Rubio somehow suggests would “also provide more authority for law enforcement agencies to go after suspected terrorists, while safeguarding law-abiding citizens’ Second Amendment and due process rights.”
According to Rubio’s website, the bill would “When an individual who was the subject of a federal terrorism investigation within the last 10 years tries to obtain a firearm, allow the U.S. Attorney General to delay the purchase or transfer for up to ten business days and file an emergency petition in court to prevent the transfer. If the court finds probable cause that the individual is or has been engaged in terrorism, the Attorney General may arrest the individual.”
Under the Biden regime, the current Attorney General is Merrick Garland, who has fantasized about taking guns from American citizens since the early 2000s.
Rubio reentered the bill during the hysteria following the Capitol Hill protest on January 6, during which the only death by a firearm was Ashli Babbitt, who was slain by a D.C. police officer. The officer will face no punishment.
This comes as past intelligence officials who are friendly to the Joe Biden regime essentially classify the overwhelming majority of Republicans as domestic terrorists.
As National File recently reported, former CIA Counterterrorism Center director Robert Grenier compared American citizens to violent Muslim “insurgents,” writing in the New York Times, “As a former overseas operative who has struggled both on the side of insurgents and against them, the past few days have brought a jarring realization: We may be witnessing the dawn of a sustained wave of violent insurgency within our own country, perpetrated by our own countrymen.”
“Meanwhile, the Washington Examiner ran an op-ed by Kevin Carroll, former CIA officer and counselor to a House committee and the Secretary of Homeland Security, in which Carroll compared the protesters to al Qaeda,” National File reported.
This also comes as the federal government has truly bungled its attempts to locate individuals involved in trespassing or breaking and entering the U.S. Capitol on January 6, including one man who was interrogated by the FBI after the agency’s facial recognition software falsely identified him as one of the protesters.
The FBI also went to the home of a pro-Trump Republican political consultant, Noel Fritsch, to question his location on January 6. The FBI was greeted by his pregnant wife, who was home alone with their four children. According to Fritsch, the FBI told his wife that they would keep returning to his home until they spoke to Fritsch.
Fritsch was nowhere near the U.S. Capitol on January 6, he told The Gateway Pundit’s Cassandra Fairbanks, but could ostensibly fall into this anomalous group of individuals Rubio would strip of their Second Amendment rights.
It is unclear if Rubio’s plan will receive broad enough support in the Democrat controlled Congress to make it to Joe Biden’s desk.
