Dear Patriots,
We had an informative and “spirited” meeting this week. Thank you to Sen. Travis Hutson, and County Administrator Hunter Conrad, for sharing updates on the county and state level as well as recently passed bills from Tallahassee.
I sincerely apologize for the disruption at the end of the meeting. This is NOT normal behavior in our monthly meetings. Just to clarify one point; several asked why Florida is not doing a full forensic election audit from 2020. This is the answer I have received; doing a forensic audit is up to Governor DeSantis, not legislators or SOEs. Since President Trump won by a landslide in FL in 2020, but it appears fraud occurred elsewhere, the governor asked for stronger election legislation to prevent future potential election mishaps. Senator Hutson worked closely with our Governor to create and progress his Bill SB524. Thank you, Sen. Hutson.
Even though it may not appear to satisfy all areas of potential fraud, it is a huge step in the right direction. Even the CEO of Defend FL, the group doing the canvassing, supports the Bill. I met with Vicki Oakes yesterday and she, too, is thrilled with SB 524 and SB 144 which will allow her better cross-references with the DMV for voter roll maintenance.
We are trying to stay focused on Governor DeSantis’s agenda. He will make an incredible President one day!!!
Regarding my comments on Democrat infiltration, this information has come to me from several sources who are concerned that some life-long democrats have changed their party affiliation to Republican in order to infiltrate the conservative groups across the country and it might be happening here in SJC. As part of the liberal “Indivisible” agenda in 2016, these people infiltrate the groups, cause a divide and use democrat talking points to take down “RINO” candidates. Now it appears that ANY Republican elected official is a “RINO.” This could be dangerous. The Trump Team has warned that this movement could be costly for conservatives in 2022. I am not pointing fingers, only sharing the information I have received.
So we must be vigilant to make sure it doesn’t happen in our organization. Ask yourself, “What constitutes a RINO” to you?
Deep State Dems: Four progressive Senate Democrats, including Majority Leader Charles Schumer (D-NY), released a statement expressing their disappointment with the Biden administration’s decision to uphold Title 42, a public health clause that the Trump administration introduced to restrict immigration due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Yes, Sens. Schumer, Bob Menendez (D-NJ), Cory Booker (D-NJ) and Alex Padilla (D-CA) are pissed that their future voters, drug carriers and potential deadly gang members aren’t “allowed” to come into the US due to COVID.
“We are deeply disappointed in the Biden Administration’s decision to maintain Title 42. While we recognize that the Administration made the right choice to prevent unaccompanied children from being expelled, it is wrong that they made the decision to continue sending families with minor children back to persecution and torture. How do we know they are all fleeing from persecution and torture? Some news reports have claimed that there is another wave of over 70,000 illegal immigrants heading this way. When will this stop? Why do we continue to take in record levels of illegals?
Ukraine: As the Democrats in Congress fault President Trump’s Title 42 (which was brilliant), they gave a standing ovation for Ukrainian President Zelensky as well as a promise for Billions for his country, the one he has had a hand in destroying. How many hundreds of billions of dollars need to be sent to other countries while our own citizens struggle to survive, in order for people to figure out how this game is played.
Why don’t we feed our starving children, house our homeless veterans and support our elderly population instead of funding gender studies in Pakistan? Foreign aid should be not be given at the drop of the hat and more attention should be given to our own people who are suffering.
But many in our Federal Government monopolize these situations to receive kickbacks from facilitating money laundering through foreign aid, so why would they stop? President Trump put America First…the Dems in charge now put us dead last.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau: “Canada sending another $50 million in specialized equipment to Ukraine,” reads a recent headline. Just a few weeks ago Trudeau himself had his opportunity to show the world something of his own courage as the peaceful Canadian truckers drove to Ottawa to protest his onerous lockdowns and vaccine mandates. Instead, he ran away before the truckers made it to his capital and stayed in hiding for weeks.
In an excerpt from Lew Rockwell, Now, this cowardly man has emerged from hiding and from the padded safety of his perch he is loudly encouraging the Ukrainian people to go and die in the hail of Russian bullets and bombs.
Could any spectacle be more pathetic?
Please note carefully what Trudeau is doing. He takes the tax money of his own citizens – the very people he oppresses so ruthlessly at home – and with that money procures weapons for the Ukrainian people so that they can be killed fighting the much superior Russian armies.
What is even worse is that this terrible crisis has been provoked by western globalists like Trudeau who had flagrantly dismissed Russia’s legitimate security concerns. As you may know, the Russians have been insisting for years that NATO in Ukraine was a red line for them. Asking that NATO not be brought to their doorstep was surely a justifiable demand, as most objective experts on geopolitics would affirm. The United States or Canada would never allow that something similar be done to them by Russia. And yet they condemn Russia for the very thing they themselves would do if the situation was reversed.

President Trump:
And what’s up with Lindsey Graham? He calls for the assassination of President Putin and now we read that he also called for the 25th Amendment against President Trump on Jan. 6th. The Hill has reported that Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) called the White House on Jan. 6 and said lawmakers would ask Cabinet members to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove then-President Trump from office if he did not do more to condemn the rioters at the Capitol, according to a new book by New York Times reporters Jonathan Martin and Alexander Burns.
“This Will Not Pass” says that Graham furiously called White House counsel Pat Cipollone while the riot was happening on Jan. 6, 2021, Axios reported. “We’ll be asking you for the 25th Amendment” if Trump does not do more to condemn the rioters, Graham told Cipollone.
The 25th Amendment allows the vice president and a majority of the Cabinet to issue a written declaration to the Senate and Congress stating that the president is unable to discharge their powers. The move would allow the vice president to assume the powers of acting president. Which of course, would have put deep state Pence in charge.
It’s a good thing President Trump just announced he has “ruled out Pence as his running mate for his potential 2024 bid.” I’m just curious, did these people not hear or see President Trump specifically tell the people at the Capitol to go home after the police targeted Trump supporters and wreaked havoc and death on the Capitol steps? Furthermore, President Trump never “incited violence.” Period.
Prayers for the Ukrainian People: please pray for all of those in harm’s way in Ukraine.
Good News:
Finally, another score for the First Amendment.
The state of Alabama has apologized to a resident after demanding that he surrender a license plate that paid homage to the “Let’s Go, Brandon” phenomenon. In January, Nathan Kirk received his state-issued personalized license plate for his new Ford-150 King Ranch truck. Kirk’s yellow plate, which resembles the Gadsden flag, reads, “LGBF JB,” an acronym that stands for, “Let’s Go Brandon, F*** Joe Biden.”
After receiving the tag, Kirk received a letter from the Alabama Department of Revenue, Motor Vehicle Division demanding he surrenders the plate because it contained “objectionable language” that the state found “offensive to the peace and dignity of the State of Alabama.”
After Kirk’s story received national attention, Alabama officials rescinded their demand and even issued Kirk an apology.

Biden Withdraws Raskin’s Fed Nomination After Manchin Shoots It Down
President Joe Biden announced Tuesday that he would withdraw Sarah Bloom Raskin’s nomination to serve as Vice Chair for Supervision of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors.
The announcement came one day after Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) declared he would not vote for Raskin, a move many observers saw as the death knell for her nomination in a closely divided Senate. Read More

1) 9 in 10 COVID Deaths Are in Vaccinated People: Report
A report released by the UK government has confirmed that 9 out of every 10 deaths related to COVID-19 are found in those who are fully vaccinated. Although the virus variant is the same and the UK approved only one different vaccine (AstraZeneca) from the United States, the data in the U.S. are different. This may be due in large part to the CDC definition used to identify who is “vaccinated.”
U.S. data are also likely to become even more sparse in the coming weeks and months. In addition to the CDC hiding data, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) quietly decided in early February to stop recording deaths attributed to COVID-19. Read More

In address to Congress, Zelenskyy urges US leaders to ‘do more,’ invokes 9/11, Pearl Harbor
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Wednesday morning made an urgent, desperate plea to the U.S. to “do more” to help his country defend against Russia’s deadly invasion, reminding Americans of the horrors of the 9/11 and Pearl Harbor attacks. “We need you to do more,” Zelenskyy said in a video address to Congress. “I call on you right now.”

5) FAKE NEWS: How One Reporter’s Blatant Lie About Glenn Youngkin Became a Democratic Talking Point
Journalists and other Democratic activists love to complain about “fake news” and “propaganda.” Nevertheless, they are among the most enthusiastic disseminators of egregious falsehoods about their political enemies. One particularly shameless example involves a story published last week in the Richmond Times-Dispatch.
On March 10, the Times-Dispatch promoted a blatant lie about Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R., Va.), one of the most reviled politicians among left-wing activists. Reporter (and “lifestyle photographer”) Mel Leonor wrote that Virginia school superintendents had criticized Youngkin’s education policies in “a blunt letter representing the views of all 133 state superintendents.” Leonor repeated the claim on Twitter, asserting that “133 Virginia school superintendents chided Youngkin’s education department” in the letter. 6) Democrats Cratering With Latinos, Poll Shows
Hispanic voters by 9 percentage points will back Republicans in this November’s midterm elections, a Wall Street Journal poll found. More Latino respondents said they will back a Republican candidate for Congress over a Democrat, a shocking shift for a demographic group once considered reliably Democratic.
And Latinos aren’t the only group where Democratic support has eroded. Black voters’ support for Democrats has dropped by 21 points since November, while their support for Republicans has risen 15 points Read More
7) Biden Admin Undeterred in Nuclear Talks After Iran Attacks US Outpost in Iraq
The Biden administration is pressing forward with its efforts to secure a new nuclear deal with Iran, even after Tehran over the weekend launched a dozen ballistic missiles at American sites in Iraq. The administration’s decision to “shrug off the attack” is generating outrage on Capitol Hill among Republican lawmakers who say negotiations with Iran should be halted.
Reps. Jim Banks (R., Ind.) and Joe Wilson (R., S.C.), members of the House Armed Services Committee and Foreign Affairs Committee, respectively, pressed the White House in a letter sent Tuesday, demanding to know why Iran’s latest attacks are being met with silence. Both lawmakers serve as leaders at the Republican Study Committee, Congress’s largest conservative caucus and a primary vehicle for Republican efforts to oppose the new nuclear deal. Read More
8) Hundreds of Yale Law Students Disrupt Bipartisan Free Speech Event
More than 100 students at Yale Law School attempted to shout down a bipartisan panel on civil liberties, intimidating attendees and causing so much chaos that police were eventually called to escort panelists out of the building.
The March 10 panel, which was hosted by the Yale Federalist Society, featured Monica Miller of the progressive American Humanist Association and Kristen Waggoner of the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), a conservative nonprofit that promotes religious liberty. Both groups had taken the same side in a 2021 Supreme Court case involving legal remedies for First Amendment violations. The purpose of the panel, a member of the Federalist Society said, was to illustrate that a liberal atheist and a conservative Christian could find common ground on free speech issues. Read More
9) Why Susan Collins’s Praise for Biden’s SCOTUS Pick Irks Senate Republicans
Sen. Susan Collins’s (R., Maine) kind words for Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson are raising eyebrows among some Senate Republicans, who say Jackson is getting a warmer reception from Collins than Trump nominees did.
The Maine Republican did not meet with then-judge Amy Coney Barrett during Barrett’s election-eve confirmation. Collins’s GOP colleagues also say Jackson has questions to answer about her judicial philosophy, contrary to Collins’s claim that Jackson is familiar to most lawmakers. Read More

Retired Colonel Blasts Army’s Transgender Indoctrination of Troops
Republican congressional candidate Mitchell Swan, a retired Marine Corps colonel running for a seat in Georgia, blasted the Biden administration for indoctrinating soldiers in controversial transgender ideology in a new ad released Tuesday.
Swan, who spent 30 years in the Marine Corps and served overseas, said he was shocked by a recent Washington Free Beacon report exposing a mandatory internal Army presentation training soldiers on gender pronouns and coaching officers on when to offer soldiers gender transition surgery. The presentation, “Policy on the Military Service of Transgender Persons and Persons with Gender Dysphoria,” was given to officers last month along with instructions for them to train their subordinates on the material.

Governor DeSantis’s last two weeks in Review:
DeSantis Dumps End-of-Year Achievement Testing, Adds Progress Monitoring for Students
Another great move from our Governor! This will end the “teach to test” approach and allow teachers to educate instead of focusing on tests that had questions measuring nothing. This will also allow children to be watched as they progress and identify learning problems along the way. Maybe now students can move on to learn actual relevant content. NOT liberal indoctrination.
Epoch Times Article:
Florida Gov. Ron Desantis signed a bill into law on March 15 that eliminates year-end achievement testing for public school students in grades 3 to 10 and replaces it with a computer-based system to monitor students’ progress three times throughout the year.
The new law also adds screening and monitoring of student performance from pre-kindergarten through second grade, aimed at identifying children with learning delays and disabilities and getting interventions in place early.
The Republican governor had urged lawmakers in September to make his proposal a priority for their annual regular session, which ended March 11. The Republican-controlled legislature passed the bill in their last week of work, and delivered it to DeSantis’ desk on March 14.
In place of the statewide, end-of-year, Florida Standards Assessment (FSA), the measure creates a new Florida Assessment of Student Thinking (F.A.S.T) program. The new plan will be implemented in the 2022-23 school year.
Analysts, Polls Indicate DeSantis on Track for Strong Reelection as Florida Governor
Of course, Gov DeSantis will win his re-election this November, as long as the Dems don’t try anything…again.
Epoch Times Article:
New polling about the governor’s race in Florida backs up what political analysts have been saying for months—Florida Gov. Ron Desantis seems on track for a strong reelection in November.
And that could bode well for the popular governor if he decides to later make a run for president, they said.
A poll released Feb. 24 (pdf) by the University of North Florida (UNF) shows the Republican incumbent has a job-approval rating of 58 percent. The poll also shows him ahead of his top two Democrat challengers for governor, U.S. Congressman Charlie Crist and Nikki Fried, the state’s commissioner of agriculture and consumer services. The poll, conducted by the university’s Public Opinion Research Lab, showed DeSantis ahead of Crist, considered his biggest competition, by 21 points, and ahead of Fried by 23 points.
A RealClear Politics average of polls since August 2020 has DeSantis beating Crist by 8.8 percent.
In late 2021, the lead in voter registrations in Florida shifted to the Republican Party for the first time. Now, out of the state’s 14,276,722 voters, 5,126,689 are registered Republicans, giving them a lead of 67,475 over Democrats. There are more than 254,000 voters registered with the state’s minor parties, and more than 3.8 million voters are registered with no party affiliation.
Florida to Allow Doctors to Use Off-Label Drugs for Early Treatment of COVID-19
Finally!!!!! This is in response to the information the Governor has received from groups like ours asking that doctors in Florida may prescribe repurposed drugs Ivermectin and Hydroxychloriquine for COVID even though it goes against the CDC guidelines.
Epoch Times Article:
Repurposed drugs that have been shown to prevent or treat COVID-19 may be prescribed by physicians, the Florida Department of Health said in its new COVID-19 guidance for health care practitioners.
The guidance, published on Feb. 24, says that health care practitioners are encouraged to provide early treatment for COVID-19 patients with federally approved generic drugs that they find will work. That’s in addition to the outpatient treatments granted emergency authorization usage (EUA) for people at risk of developing a serious illness.
“When recommending COVID-19 treatment options for patients’ individualized health care needs, physicians should exercise their individual clinical judgment and expertise based on their patient’s needs and preferences,” the guidance states. “These options may include emerging treatments backed by quality evidence, with appropriate patient informed consent, including off-label use or as part of a clinical trial.”
DeSantis, Medical Panel Voice Concerns Over Lockdowns, Lack of Trust Post COVID-19
Governor DeSantis has truly “made FLORIDA great again. His panel of medical experts expressed their concern about physicians’ lack of ability to prescribe early treatments for the virus and how then-President Trump had specifically requested and required that hydroxychloroquine be made available on an outpatient basis but was overruled by the head of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Epoch Times Article:
PUNTA GORDA, Florida–Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis met with 11 medical professionals in West Palm Beach on March 7 to evaluate the past two years of lockdowns and mandates and their effect on society, at a live virtual event co-hosted by the state surgeon general Dr. Joseph Ladapo.
The panel made up of medical professionals from private practice to academia from all over the U.S. agreed that the past two years of mandates and lockdowns did little to deter the virus, but created a disconnect between the public and the authorities giving out advice and distributing data. The governor took note.
Parental Rights in Education Bill Goes to DeSantis’s Desk
Governor Desantis is giving back power to the parents over sex education in the classroom, giving them a say over sexual deviates who are programming their children.
Epoch Times Article:
The Florida Senate voted on March 8 to advance the Parental Rights in Education bill, which limits classroom instruction on sexual orientation and gender identity. The next stop is the governor’s desk.
Although Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has not said he would sign the bill, he has signaled approval by saying he thinks it will shield elementary-aged students from “inappropriate lessons on sex.” He also accused the news media of creating a “false narrative” about the intended meaning of the legislation.
“We’re going to make sure that parents are able to send their kid to kindergarten without having some of this stuff injected into their school curriculum,” the Republican governor said at a Feb. 28 press conference.
