Court Tries to Stop President Trump; Special Counsel Jack Smith’s novel and unprecedented District of Columbia case against President Trump has always been destined for the Supreme Court, as it presents a question of first impression that this Country’s highest court has never decided: Whether Presidential immunity includes immunity from criminal prosecution for a President’s official acts.
A federal appeals court announced today that President Trump can be prosecuted on alleged crimes related to the 2020 election in charges brought against him by special counsel Jack Smith.
“For the purpose of this criminal case, former President Trump has become citizen Trump, with all of the defenses of any other criminal defendant. But any executive immunity that may have protected him while he served as President no longer protects him against this prosecution,” the court wrote.
The unanimous ruling came from two judges appointed by Biden and one judge appointed by George H.W. Bush, both deep state players.
Trump can directly appeal the decision to the Supreme Court, or he will ask the full D.C. Circuit Court to hear the case again. Regardless, this is not over…

The new Senate Border bill is worse than current immigration laws…and it won’t go anywhere; Thank you for all of your emails and texts with your concerns about the proposed bipartisan border and foreign aid deal in the Senate. Let me start by saying, the bill is absolutely ridiculous and already close to failure. Republicans are preparing to block debate on the bill this week and potentially for longer. in exchange for Ukraine money act’? This ‘border security in exchange for Ukraine’ bill is so bad, that Senator James Lankford (R-Okla) may end up voting against his legislative creation.
I believe this was a setup. Lankford who struck the Biden/McConnell-backed deal, even has suggested he might vote against moving forward if his colleagues weren’t on board. Was he forced to push this bill? Was he compromised as many who have left the swamp claim happens in DC? Probably.
Why else would anyone in Congress, much less a Republican Senator, create a bill that softens our already broken immigration process and gives another $60 billion to Ukraine? Was this a show to see how far they could go?
What is interesting is the reported internal GOP ‘angst’ fueling the likelihood of a filibuster during an expected test vote on Wednesday. What angst? After Senate Republicans met for 90 minutes on Monday night to discuss the border deal few emerged willing to say they would vote to advance the package.
Yet their fear-mongering worked as several conservative publications raised the red flag; ‘Lawmakers in Washington, D.C., are plotting to ram a massive amnesty bill through Congress that would legalize much of what the Biden administration has done to dissolve the U.S. border and bring in millions of illegal immigrants, and it must be stopped…’
While this is true, this bill can’t possibly pass. Again, it’s so bad that even liberals in Congress are refusing to back this nonsense. Nothing is as it seems… Take a deep breath and let’s see what happens next. They just might “rip up this insidious bill.’
