Just as the Biden family’s criminal escapades are revealed, the corrupt DOJ tries to nail President Trump’s coffin but will fail.
News outlets giddily reported yesterday that special ‘counsel’ Jack Smith issued a horrible 45-page indictment against President Trump for his efforts in disputing the results of the 2020 election and the events of Jan. 6, 2021.
Ironically, this occurred the day after Devon Archer testified about Joe Biden’s shady connections to a bunch of sketchy oligarchs. Timely? This latest senile indictment includes four counts, for mainly two reasons: that President Trump “conspired to defraud the United States,” and that he “conspired to interfere with the certification of the election.”
Rep. Adam Schiff had to take credit as he alluded that the faux House January 6th Committee was working to charge President Trump with J6-related crimes. Really? What a weasel.
Is it real?
Attorney Jeff Childers responds; “In a long series of poorly-considered Trump cases, this is one of the dumbest yet.” I concur.
“First, nearly all the conduct described in the four counts is speech, and not just speech, but political speech. Political speech is the most protected kind of speech under the Constitution’s First Amendment. That probably won’t stop the Obama-appointed judge from letting the case survive an inevitable motion to dismiss, but my initial take is the counts can’t survive without rewriting the Constitution.”
“Fraud” seems to be the basis of these counts indicating that President Trump lied, which isn’t illegal on its own. So, the DOJ must first prove Trump lied, and then it must marry the lies to something else that can except them from First Amendment protection,” according to Childers. The main issue in this new indictment is whether significant 2020 election fraud occurred or not. After all, the DOJ is claiming that Trump “lied” about election fraud, thereby — ironically — committing a fraud of his own.
“In other words, they’re saying Trump committed fraud by alleging fraud. You can’t make this stuff up,” says Childers.
But fear not, as the DOJ will soon realize they have left themselves open for the truth to come out…that there WAS massive election fraud in 2020, which Trump’s lawyers already have proof. The DOJ will have to show the absence of fraud…which they can’t.
So look at this as a good thing folks…we are still winning.

There WAS voter fraud; Just as President Trump brings voter fraud to the forefront again, a national expert in criminal forensics completed a report into the 2020 election in Michigan and has found further evidence of chronic, systemic, voter fraud especially among absentee ballots in that challenged election. The investigation where they were allowed limited access to the 2020 ballots in Wayne County which covers Detroit, found:
· A significant number of absentees in different precincts illegally had no signed ballot application.
· Absentee ballots often had a lighter tone and shade to the printing.
The Gateway Pundit reported, that If the numbers of absentees missing a ballot request are extrapolated out in Wayne County, “with approximately 170,000 AV ballots, the range at 8%-20% would be 13,600 to 34,000 ballots with no application requesting the ballot.”
This matches what witnesses have described for three years, and what the Gateway Pundit has been reporting time and time again despite the gaslighting and lies from the mainstream media.
Chase Bank continues to clean out the banking accounts of conservatives… I might be one day; Real Clear Markets reports that JPMorgan Chase is back to ‘debanking’ and it’s not providing any explanations as they target people who dare to question the Left Government/Woke Business conspiracy against liberty.
Both at the same time, without warning, Drs. Syed Haider and Joseph Mercola, who were instrumental in espousing the truth about COVID and its faux vax, have been ‘debanked’ by Chase. Not just them, but their families and employees. Again, without any explanation.
Mercola helped publicize a study that claimed that the “covid vaccines were ‘a medical fraud’ and said the injections did not prevent infections, provide immunity or stop transmission of the disease.” Which are all true. Haider similarly questioned the efficacy of the vaccines and documented the slow admissions that he and other skeptics had been correct in their claims.
As the article states, “Unless there’s a terrific, non-partisan, non-censoring reason for all of this, that’s monstrous.”
Political ‘debanking’ is part of the new woke agenda targeting conservatives and must be investigated by Congress. I won’t hold my breath.
The unvaxxed have been mercilessly treated unfairly; In an exclusive interview with The Defender, Gail Seiler describes her horrifying ordeal of how she was horribly treated at a Texas hospital after they learned that she wasn’t vaccinated in December 2021. On Dec. 3, 2021, two days after testing positive for COVID-19, low oxygen levels led her to her local hospital, Medical City of Plano, Texas, for treatment, marking the beginning of a 13-day ordeal of being subjected to what she described as “cruel and inhuman” treatment.
Seiler was denied nutrition and medications and was listed as “Do Not Resuscitate” (DNR) despite repeated insistence to the contrary by her and her family. Seiler, 55, said she would have died if her family didn’t have a standoff with staff and gotten her out. Even though the hospital doctors said she wouldn’t make it if she left, of course, at home on Ivermectin, she was fine.
This story happened too many times around our country (and the world) during the faux COVID crisis where the government offered death incentives to hospitals and they greedily complied, yet, to my knowledge, not one hospital has had to pay for their evil participation in the deep state’s horrific depopulation agenda. Bud Light fires employees but non-woke companies are helping; Bud Light’s crazy marketing scheme to “go woke” has dropped them from America’s No. 1 beer giving the Mexican brand Modelo the top spot. Now that the company has lost over $20 billion, they’re laying off 350 employees, which was bound to happen.
Luckily two firms, Red Balloon and Public Square are helping laid-off Bud workers find jobs with non-woke companies in their database. Red Balloon requires that any employer in its database sign a pledge that says it will “not discriminate against my company’s employees’ personal beliefs, nor infringe on their constitutional rights, nor invade their medical privacy.”
We need more companies to stand up to the whining “workers.”
Vivek Ramaswamy Aligns with McConnell, DeSantis, Club for Growth and Wall Street Promoting U.S. to Re-enter TPP Trade Agreement; Not only did Presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, an immigrant who received over $90,000 million from the Paul and Daisy Soros foundation for his graduate degree, but now he clearly promoting-entering the TPP.
The multilateral trade agreement known as the Transpacific Partnership (TPP), is a massive Pacific rim trade agreement favored by Wall Street, the US Chamber of Commerce, Club for Growth, Ron DeSantis (voted to approve) and now candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, as The Conservative Treehouse writes.
“President Trump famously took the U.S. out of the TPP agreement around the same time he took us out of the Paris Climate Agreement. As noted by President Trump and his economic team at the time, Free Trade Agreements (FTA’s) are beneficial to the USA when they are bilateral between the U.S. and another singular nation. Multinational trade agreements end up serving the interests of the least common denominator nation and are detrimental in their finished outcome to U.S. consumers.”
Presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, on Twitter, said he was ‘in favor of re-engaging the U.S. in the TPP trade agreement,’ which goes against an America First economic agenda.
“I think we should re-enter it,” Ramaswamy said. “I think this is a little bit different than what, you know, the course of action taken by Trump in exiting the TPP [Trans-Pacific Partnership]. I think that was actually a poor decision.” READ MORE

DeSantis is being called our absentee governor who jets around the country to sell himself as President with donor money Laura Loomer reports that Ron DeSantis has raised millions of dollars in his effort to undermine the America First, pro-Trump, MAGA movement, and he’s living a life of luxury on his campaign dime as an absentee Governor.
LOOMER: Since filing to run for president, Ron DeSantis posted his fundraising numbers that show that in the first fundraising quarter since filing, he raised $20 million. However, if you look at these expenditure reports, you’ll see that Ron DeSantis has already burned through $8 million of campaign cash, which equates to a burn rate of roughly $1.5 million per week in the five weeks since he filed to run until the July 1st fundraising reports were due.
Interestingly, in his FEC report, you’ll see that the majority of his donations came from large, high-dollar Wall Street-type donors with an average donation of $1200 dollars, which is not a grassroots campaign. Yet, as I reported a few weeks ago, President Trump raised $35 million in this fundraising period with an average donation of $34 because most of his donations came from grassroots small donors…American citizens, not corporate Wall Street. This is very concerning for Ron DeSantis.
Loomer further points out that DeSantis donors actually refer to themselves as “investors” not campaign donors. Is he selling an investment to the White House? Loomer suggests that he is. She also pinpoints his expenditures which show paying off a personal credit card, fancy trips across the country etc. I’m not concluding one way or the other but this does not look good.
The bottom line; DeSantis should have waited until 2028 to run for President or refrain from running for a second term as Governor for the sake of Floridians and his own career. Instead, it appears that he has gotten bought out by the uni-party RINOS and Liberal Wall Street boys claiming to make him millions in the White House and has left Florida in the dust. Actually, he is disappointing many of us that worked SO hard for him. We don’t need any political leader who is owned by the “industrial complex.”

Should President Trump Debate the RINOs?
President Trump teased on Monday that the first Republican presidential primary debate on Fox on August 23, might help him narrow down his choices for a vice presidential running mate. Oh, Dear Lord NO! Not one of these candidates deserves to be in the WH as his VP.
It’s pretty clear that he will NOT debate and why should he? Sending this out as a meme jokingly, yet convincingly, puts him way above the rest simultaneously making fun of the entire GOP establishment, which they all are.
