Fox News Mourns the Loss of DeSantis 2024 Bid: “Trump Keeps Getting Stronger”
Bedminster, NJ – In no uncertain terms, Rupert Murdoch made clear that Ron DeSantis is his golden boy, no longer.
Today on America Reports, Fox News’ Bret Baier and John Roberts eviserated DeSantis as news broke that the DeSantis campaign has fired more than a third of its staff in response to intesne donor outrage.
Comparing DeSantis to “Jeb Bush,” Roberts detailed the follies that have left DeSantis fighting to hold on to third place in several early states.
“It was ‘just wait until Ron DeSantis gets in the race and Trump’s gonna be in trouble,’” Roberts said. “It’s not the case.”
“If you’re a candidate, you’ve got to be looking at this saying, ‘God, no matter what happens to Donald Trump, he just keeps getting stronger. Maybe, we should save our powder and you know, come back at this in 2028.’”

The Hunter Biden team will do anything to get away with a crime; On the eve of his day in court, Hunter’s lawyers called the courthouse clerk PRETENDING to be a Republican attorney and told the clerk: our bad, we didn’t really mean to file all that whistleblower stuff! Yes, that really happened. The UK Daily Mail ran the story with the headline, “Hunter Biden’s lawyers face SANCTIONS after being accused of lying to the clerk in his criminal tax case as judge orders First Son’s attorneys to explain themselves by tonight.”
A brief was filed on behalf of the House Ways and Means Committee, which included lots of helpful data from the Democrat IRS whistleblower who has been testifying to Congress over the last couple of weeks. Shortly afterward, the court abruptly took them down. Apparently, Hunter’s lawyers called the clerk acting as a representative from the committee asking them to take them down. The committee’s lawyers noticed and the lie was revealed. Now the Judge is pissed. Maybe Hunter won’t get such a sweetheart deal now.
UPDATE: Hunter Biden’s plea deal just fell apart in court due to investigations that are still ongoing into potential FARA violations. I was correct! Hunter’s attorneys said the plea agreement as they understand it is now “null and void.”

Anchor babies no more; The Gateway Pundit is reporting that Representative Matt Gaetz (R-FL) has unveiled a comprehensive plan to end the controversial anchor baby policy in the United States, which currently grants birthright American citizenship to children born on U.S. soil from parents in the country illegally. Gaetz’s proposal seeks to address this contentious issue head-on. FINALLY!!!!!! This has been a deceitful practice for some time and must be stopped.
According to Breitbart, nearly 400,000 “anchor babies,” the term used to describe the U.S.-born children of illegal aliens, are delivered ANNUALLY across all 50 states.
Anchor babies are rewarded with birthright citizenship despite their parents having no legitimate ties to the U.S., many having only recently arrived. Years later, when the child is considered an adult, they can sponsor their parents and foreign relatives for green cards ultimately anchoring their family in the country for generations. Insane!
This policy, Gaetz argues, incentivizes illegal immigration and creates an avenue for illegal immigrants to gain a foothold in the U.S. through their American-born children, commonly referred to as ‘anchor babies.’
“I’m introducing the “End Birthright Citizenship Fraud Act,” Gaetz announced on his Twitter account.
“American citizenship is a privilege – not an automatic right to be co-opted by illegal aliens. This is an important step in preserving the sanctity of American citizenship,” he added.

DeSantis Campaign Fires Creator of Ron DeSantis Promotional Video Showcasing Pro Ukraine Nazi Support and Symbolism; Meanwhile, Gaetz’s once-pal presidential candidate Ron DeSantis continues to spiral.
(Via Axios) – Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’ 2024 campaign fired an aide this week who secretly created and shared a pro-DeSantis video that featured the candidate at the center of a Sonnenrad, an ancient symbol appropriated by the Nazis and still used by some white supremacists. Driving the news: Nate Hochman, a speechwriter on the DeSantis campaign and a former writer for National Review, created the video on his own and shared it through a pro-DeSantis Twitter account, according to a person familiar with the matter.
Hochman then retweeted the video, but it was deleted shortly afterward. “Nate Hochman is no longer with the campaign. And we will not be commenting on him further,” a DeSantis campaign official told Axios. Semafor first reported Tuesday evening that Hochman had been fired.
Why it matters: The controversial video and Hochman’s dismissal are the latest instances of internal disorder inside the DeSantis campaign, which announced Tuesday it was firing over a third of its team amid a cash crunch.
The backdrop: On Saturday, @desantiscams, an anonymous pro-DeSantis account followed by several of his campaign aides, tweeted out a video bashing former President Trump for not building a border wall and for promoting the COVID-19 vaccine.
The video hyped up DeSantis to the tune of Kate Bush’s “Running up that Hill (A Deal with God),” and ended with an image of DeSantis in the center of Florida’s state seal — which then morphs into a rotating Sonnenrad. READ MORE

Crime in the nation’s capital has gotten so out of hand that the Mexican government is warning its citizens “to take precautions” “in areas previously considered safe” in Washington, D.C.
The Mexican consulate in Washington, D.C., released a statement Tuesday evening warning the “Mexican community” about the “significant increase in crime.” The consulate told Mexicans in the city to “call 911” if they are “in an emergency” and also provided an emergency number for “consular assistance.”

A new survey shows less than one-quarter of students have a positive view of capitalism; Go figure…A new survey from North Dakota State University found nationwide support among students for policing professors’ speech on “offensive” topics, and a staggering lack of support for capitalism among students.
Only 23% of students said that they had a “positive” view of capitalism. When asked to define capitalism, over half (56%) of students across all political spectrums—liberal, conservative, and independent—say they associate it with the free market, and less than one-third (30%) associate it with cronyism, according to the survey.
While nearly half of conservative college students report having a positive view of capitalism, the number drops to 15% for liberal students, and most all of the students do not believe that capitalism can solve big challenges. What? They don’t believe that capitalism can “solve the world’s problems” but communism can? Many of these kids wouldn’t have had the opportunity to go to college if it wasn’t for the capitalistic society in which their hard-working parents exist. Of course, not for the many that get college for free.
This is a problem. If our youth can’t see the value of free enterprise, capital accumulation, competitive markets, price systems, private property, property rights recognition, voluntary exchange, and wage labor, who is going to put THEIR children through college?

4) Federal Reserve raises interest rates by quarter point to combat inflation
The Federal Reserve Bank on Wednesday raised interest rates by a quarter of a point in an effort to fight inflation, putting its key interest rate of 5.5% at its highest level in 22 years.
