President Trump was right! Not only was Russia absent from any so-called interference in our 2016 election, but there WAS election interference from Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Campaign, the Democrat National Committee (DNC), DOJ, FBI, the Obama administration and yes, the media!
Special Counsel John Durham released his final report on Monday following over three years of investigation into the FBI’s handling of the Trump-Russia probe. According to Just the News, the report concludes that the FBI had no verified intelligence or evidence when it opened up an investigation into Donald Trump and his campaign in the summer of 2016.
Durham placed blame on the FBI and DOJ for failing to follow their own standards in a probe that should have never taken place – including the agency’s surveillance of an American citizen without basis.
“Based on the review of Crossfire Hurricane and related intelligence activities, we concluded the Department and the FBI failed to uphold their important mission of strict fidelity to the law in connection with certain events and activities described in this report,” wrote Durham.
“The FBI personnel also repeatedly disregarded important requirements when they continued to seek renewals of that FISA surveillance while acknowledging — both then and in hindsight — that they did not genuinely believe there was probable cause to believe that the target was knowingly engaged in clandestine intelligence activities on behalf of foreign power.”
According to the Durham Report, the plan by Hillary Clinton to create a false story linking Donald Trump to Russia was briefed in August of 2016 by CIA Director John Brennan to President Obama, VP Biden, AG Loretta Lynch, and FBI Director Comey, which most of us already knew but at least it is out now.
Most notably, Special Counsel John Durham exposed how the FBI and Justice Department plotted to rig the 2016 presidential election. His 316-page report proves federal law enforcement was weaponized by shielding the Hillary Clinton campaign and persecuting the Donald Trump campaign.
Here’s a summary of the main findings from Techno Fog ;
- “The FBI discounted or willfully ignored material information that did not support the narrative of a collusive relationship between Trump and Russia.”
- Crossfire Hurricane “was opened as a full investigation without [the FBI] ever having spoken to the persons who provided that information.” Days after it was opened, Peter Strzok was telling a London FBI employee that “there’s nothing to this.”
- Internal FBI communications discussing the Crossfire Hurricane during its early stages: it’s “thin” and “it sucks”.
- British Intelligence pushed back on Mueller’s requests for assistance: “[a British Intelligence person] basically said there was no [expletive] way in hell they were going to do it.”
- FBI/DOJ restricted TWO investigations into Hillary Clinton – one involving the Clinton Foundation and – one involving illegal foreign contributions to Clinton’s Campaign.
- In one Clinton Campaign investigation, an FBI confidential human source (CHS) had offered an illegal foreign contribution to the campaign through an intermediary. The Clinton Campaign was “okay with it” and “were fully aware”. The CHS offered the FBI a copy of the credit card charge; the FBI never got receipts. In fact, the FBI handling agent told the CHS “to stay away from all events relating to Clinton’s campaign.”
The FBI and Hillary:
The FBI repeatedly rescued Hillary Clinton. The Clinton Foundation raked in suspicious foreign contributions to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars while she was secretary of state and revving up her presidential campaign.
The Durham report found that “senior FBI and Department officials placed restrictions on how the Clinton Foundation investigation was handled such that essentially no investigative activities occurred for months leading up to the election.”
Top FBI officials also saved Hillary Clinton by ignoring the federal statute book and treating her pervasive, perpetual violations of federal laws on classified documents as a harmless, unintentional error.
According to the New York Post, shortly after FBI chief James Comey announced no charges against Hillary, “Clinton allegedly approved a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisors to tie Trump to Russia as a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server,” according to the Durham report.
CIA chief John Brennan briefed President Barack Obama and other top officials on “alleged approval by Hillary Clinton on July 26, 2016 of a proposal . . . to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by Russian security services.”
The Clinton campaign helped bankroll the notorious Steele dossier, which made sweeping, unsubstantiated and salacious accusations against Trump. The FBI subsequently used the unverified Steele dossier to snare a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court warrant to spy on the Trump campaign, paving the way for special counsel Robert Mueller and his two years of antics.
The FBI’s profound bias in the 2016 presidential election has been undeniable for almost five years. A June 2018 inspector general report exposed top FBI agents’ venomously anti-Trump messages and machinations. But that report did nothing to curb the FBI’s power to meddle in the 2020 presidential election by hiding the Hunter Biden laptop that could have demolished Joe Biden’s presidential chances.
Even CNN’S Host Jake Tapper reported that the Durham report and its findings showed a probe into a Trump Russia-collusion of this nature was completely uncalled for and is “devastating to the FBI.”
Oh, and the report details how false claims like the existence of a “pee tape” showing Trump engaging in disgusting acts with prostitutes in Moscow came from a Clinton operative, Chuck Dolan, with no known basis in fact. Nevertheless, former FBI Director James Comey would continue to reference the entirely unsupported “pee tape” in interviews.
The FBI was assisted in this effort by members of Congress on the House Intelligence Committee. Even when the false narrative was played out and the lack of support was becoming obvious, former House Intelligence Chair Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) assured the public, on March 13, 2018, that “I can certainly say with confidence that there is significant evidence of collusion between the campaign and Russia.” What evidence? He never produced any evidence.
All in all, President Trump spent four years of relentless investigations based on nothing, the DOJ and FBI actively worked against him and Clinton, Obama and the rest of the evildoers got off scot-free. Nothing has been done by Congress or federal courts to revoke the FBI’s prerogative to fix the 2024 election.
Although lengthy and full of meat, it may appear that the Durham report should have brought criminal charges. I agree. But as in all things, give it time. This is just the beginning!!!!
