There are three pieces of legislation emerging out of the Swamp this month that secretly line the Left’s pockets, reward elected traitors and increase big government control over our disintegrating freedom of speech and religion. These Bills, HR 1, HR 5 and HR 1319, pose a threat to our democracy by federally centralizing our election process, discriminating against religious beliefs and subsidizing the establishment instead of directly aiding Americans. None of these bills actually do what their nomenclature states.
HR 1, The For the People Act is a massive election reform package designed by Democrats to strip power from the states, centralizing a “national” voting process that eliminates essential safety measures currently in place which secures the fairness and integrity of elections and erodes free speech in the political process. The Bill forces states to implement early voting, automatic voter registration, same-day registration, online voter registration, and no-fault absentee balloting, opening the door for increased voter fraud as was seen in the 2020 election. In addition to federally imposed mandates, the added disclosure rules open the door for intimidation and harassment of
Americans for their political beliefs and subsidizes political campaigning with taxpayers’ dollars. And if you want to criticize an elected official, you will have to file massive paperwork to do so under the new guidelines. The Dems are making the illegal procedures they procured in the 2020 election now legal and under their control as well as to increase harassment and spying on Conservatives.
HR 5, The Equality Act, discriminates against people of faith, threatens unborn life, and undermines the common good. This “religious discrimination act” vows to protect those with same-sex attraction yet undermines the religious beliefs of Christians. Instead of respecting differences in beliefs about marriage and sexuality, the Equality Act discriminates against people of faith and would; punish faith-based organizations, such as charities and schools that serve their communities because of their beliefs; force girls and women to compete against boys and men in sports, and to share locker rooms and shower spaces with biological males who identify as women; risk mandating taxpayers to fund abortions; force people, especially health care workers, to support gender transition; and make churches, parish halls “public” places to host functions that conflict with their religious beliefs. The Equality Act “codifies the new ideology of ‘gender’ in federal law, dismissing sexual difference and falsely presenting “gender” as only a social construct.” This is a huge step mixing church and state.
HR 1319, The American Rescue Plan, better known as the $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief package which promises to fight the ‘pandemic’ woes, was passed this week. Republicans argue that only 9 percent of the funding in the package is allocated toward battling the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus and much more goes to bail out poorly mismanaged blue cities that unnecessarily shut down businesses whereas red cities remained open and continued to prosper. A portion of the funds, $86 billion, will also go to bail out Union pensions and another disclosed amount to assist Nancy Pelosi’s Silicon Valley with a tunnel to San Francisco. Why are we paying to ease transportation issues for the big tech oligarchs?
Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) said the $1.9 trillion pandemic relief bill is a slush fund for blue states.
“It’s a slush fund. People may forget, but when Obama was first elected in 2009, they said, ‘We have to have a stimulus bill or the whole economy is going to collapse.’ And so they passed an $800 billion bill,” said Nunes. “That money was in use over the next four years to buy votes, to get to their buddies. I guarantee you most of that money did not end up in red states or Republican districts.”
The bottom line; Patriots understand the Left’s brainwashing of liberal America in order to further their own agenda and that the dumbing down effect has made many Dems turn a blind eye to the deep state’s evil ways. We realize that Obama’s Leftists continue to greedily take from Americans’ pockets for their own financial and political gain but at least we had our conservative leaders to stop them until now. Our legislators must stop the erroneous spending, the massive overreach and be held accountable through audits to prevent money laundering and illegal bribe payments. These bills are designed to pay off the deep state establishment, blue cities, foreign governments and elites with taxpayers’ dollars while placing restrictions on our founding freedoms. President Trump, the anti-establishment president, fought this oligarchy for four years and uncovered the corruptness of the Left. It’s time we take back our country and these bills become truly “for the people.”

As Biden continues to fall off the stage, Nancy Pelosi sits poised to initiate the 25th amendment to relieve him of power soon yet who will be listening to Kamal Harris? Who will they “sneak” in as VP? It doesn’t matter because when President Trump speaks, people are listening. He is more powerful in the shadows.
The GOP has seen this power emerge as they fight President Trump for use of his name for fundraising purposes. Why should President Trump help the RNC, RINOs and deep staters raise money for their campaigns? Where were Ronna McDaniel and the RNC during all the voter fraud allegations and faux state certifications? Obviously, the election fraud must be and will be exposed so good conservatives can be elected again. President Trump has begun the brilliant process of realigning the GOP by literally choosing the candidates he will support. The over $30 million raised under his Save America PAC will go directly to taking down the establishment GOP, which is why we are working directly with them. Former Michigan health director Robert Gordon oversaw the implementation of Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s controversial COVID-19 nursing home policy, one which, like that of New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, was beset by allegations that the state had undercounted the number of COVID nursing home deaths.
Gordon raised eyebrows when he abruptly left the Whitmer administration in January for reasons that have yet to be disclosed — and controversy erupted earlier this month when it was revealed that Gordon received a $155,000 payout upon his departure, with Whitmer herself confirming that Gordon has been bound to silence regarding the terms of his severance deal.
“The nature of the separation agreement is that when someone leaves, there are terms to it and you cannot share every term to it,” Whitmer said earlier this month. “That’s simply what it is.”
Gordon, it turns out, also advised the Biden presidential transition team on healthcare policy. With Whitmer now under fire for her policy directing state nursing homes to accept COVID-positive residents who had been discharged from hospitals, observers are trying to piece together a puzzle involving a fatally mistaken policy, official deception, and a lavish payout contingent on silence — a mystery with political and legal repercussions potentially stretching from Lansing to Washington, D.C.
2) Texas Can Oust Planned Parenthood From Medicaid Program, Judge Rules
A state judge ruled on Wednesday that Texas can remove Planned Parenthood and its affiliates from its Medicaid program. Texas had previously given Medicaid recipients using Planned Parenthood a Feb. 3 deadline to find new health care providers. Planned Parenthood challenged that in its recent lawsuit, which argued that the state didn’t follow the law when it issued a 30-day notice of termination to the organization.
Judge Lora Livingston from Travis County said in her ruling that the groups were unable to demonstrate their claim that the state had failed to provide proper notice in January when it gave the organization a deadline to find new health care providers.

4) House Passes Gun-Control Bill Expanding Background Checks on Firearm Sales
The House of Representatives on Thursday passed a bill expanding background checks on individuals who are seeking to purchase or transfer firearms as top Democrats have vowed to reintroduce gun control measures.
“This bill is a critical step toward preventing gun violence and saving lives,” Rep. Mike Thompson (D-Calif.) who sponsored the measure known as H.R. 8, as Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) introduced the companion bill in the upper chamber.
