The Colorado Supreme Court boots Trump from 2024 presidential ballot; The Colorado Supreme Court determined that President Trump engaged in an ‘insurrection against the United States’ via the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol Riot and was therefore ineligible to appear on the 2024 presidential ballot. The higher court agreed to hear the case earlier this month after the lower court judge determined that Trump did engage in an insurrection by inciting the Jan. 6 riot but allowed him to remain on the primary ballot claiming that the 14th Amendment did not apply to the presidency.
Trump has fought back a litany of lawsuits seeking to remove him from the presidential and primary ballots in multiple states, most of which have insisted that he is ineligible to run again under a provision of the 14th Amendment that bars those who engaged in an “insurrection” against the United States from holding high office.
Colorado’s decision made the state the first in the nation to remove Presiden Trump from the ballot, setting up a Supreme Court battle over the matter ahead of the election. The court stayed its decision until Jan. 4 of 2024.
Ramaswamy stands up for President Trump’s right to be on the CO ballot;
Ironically, Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy excoriated the Colorado Supreme Court’s Tuesday decision to remove President Trump from the state ballot and called on his fellow Republicans to withdraw from the state’s primary unless Trump’s name appears on the ballot.
“This is what an actual attack on democracy looks like: in an un-American, unconstitutional, and unprecedented decision, a cabal of Democrat judges are barring Trump from the ballot in Colorado,” Ramaswamy declared. “Having tried every trick in the book to eliminate President Trump from running in this election, the bipartisan Establishment is now deploying a new tactic to bar him from ever holding office again: the 14th Amendment.”

In response, the Colorado Republican Party posted their reaction to President Trump’s removal from the ballot; “You won’t have to because we will withdraw from the Primary as a Party and convert to a pure caucus system if this is allowed to stand.”
A primary is a state-level election in which party members choose a candidate who will run in the general election. A caucus system is basically a local meeting where a party’s registered members from a city, town, or county vote for their preferred candidate, allowing them to bypass the primary ballot issue regarding President Trump.
Technically, the state GOP can withdraw from the primary, if they receive a waiver from the RNC. Ha, the establishment RNC? They hate President Trump more than the Democrats do. It is an intersting situation with several avenues to appeal.
A Clinton-connected Soros-funded California Democrat Lieutenant Governor plots with Kamal Harris to block President Trump from the ballot;
Eleni Kounalakis, the lieutenant governor of California, is trying to kick Trump off the ballot in her state. She previously shilled for her “friend” Kamala Harris during election overtime and said that the states would ratify the election even without a Trump concession.
“I urge you to explore every legal option to remove former President Donald Trump from California’s 2024 presidential primary ballot,” stated Kounalakis in her letter to Shirley Weber, the California Democrat Secretary of State. Kounalakis cited the Colorado Supreme Court decision in her letter, making it clear that the Colorado case could spark a widespread movement to block Trump from the ballot.
Interestingly, the insurrection findings have not been argued against making their case easier for these ridiculous rulings by the progressive courts in Colorado. The case will be appealed to the Supreme Court later this month, and the Trump team needs to explicitly argue against these findings of the State Supreme Court:
The district court did not abuse its discretion in admitting portions of Congress’s January 6 Report into evidence at trial. The district court did not err in concluding that the events at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, constituted an insurrection. The district court did not err in concluding that President Trump engaged in that insurrection through his personal actions. President Trump’s speech inciting the crowd that breached the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, was not protected by the First Amendment.
Just ruling on the matter of 14th Amendment applicability is unacceptable.
Why? Because it’s never been about ballot access.

Graham said Wednesday that he would work with lawmakers from both parties to “create a robust defense supplemental for Taiwan and second, draft pre-invasion sanctions from hell to impose on China if they take action to seize Taiwan.”

BREAKING: U.S. READY PREPARES FOR WAR AGAINST YEMEN ;
According to a new report, the U.S. may be readying for war against Yemen. Reports suggest the United States will announce Operation Prosperity Guardian tomorrow and has sent an additional destroyer to the Red Sea. US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin says a coalition against Yemen will include Bahrain, Canada, France, Italy, UK and other countries.
Houthi commentator told Al Jazeera that any attack on Yemen or missile launch sites would turn the entire Red Sea into a warzone.
This comes on the heels of the Israelis killing their own soldiers, Christian women heading into church and innocent civilians in Gaza…the Houthis appear to be fighting back against Israel.
There is much more to the Israel-Pallestinian conflict and it may njot be what you think. Please pray for all of the innocent people in these countries while their leaders proceed with greed and destruction.

Epstein ‘associates’ to be made public;
A federal judge in New York has ordered a vast unsealing of court documents in early 2024 that will make public the names of scores of Jeffrey Epstein’s associates.
The documents are part of a settled civil lawsuit alleging Epstein’s one-time paramour Ghislaine Maxwell facilitated the sexual abuse of Virginia Giuffre. Terms of the 2017 settlement were not disclosed.
Maxwell is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence after she was convicted of sex trafficking and procuring girls for Epstein, who died by suicide in 2019 in a Manhattan jail while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges.
