Must Act Now! Tell the legislature that NOW is the time to fix our broken constitution ballot amendment process. SB 7096 closes the loopholes in our process that are being exploited by billionaires with agendas and out-of-state radical groups by requiring:

  • Ballot initiatives to disclose their funding sources.
  • The economic impact of the amendment on taxpayers.
  • Ballot initiatives campaigns be lead by Florida residents.
