The Trump Club’s goals are to inform, educate and decipher conservative issues on the local, state and national levels, continue to promote President Trump’s agenda, support our AMERICA FIRST elected officials and help get true qualified conservative candidates elected.
LOCAL SJC PRIMARY:
There are a number of disturbing issues that have come to our attention with regard to the We The People Elect Patriots organization in St Johns County in Florida.
I. Slander of Local Firefighters.
A picture was posted on social media by Teresa Davis, who is with the We the People Elect Patriots organization, which shows local firefighters in a county truck with a tent and certain political signs. Teresa included a statement that the firefighters were going around the county taking down political signs of candidates they opposed. Nothing could be further from the truth.
The political signs were for Jeremiah Blocker and Sarah Arnold, which are candidates they support. They normally would not have used a county truck, but there was a bad storm with lightning striking nearby and the tent and signs needed to be taken down quickly for safety reasons. They offered to help take down the We the People organization tent, but a WTP person, refused their help.
II. Bad Behavior on the Part of We the People Elect Patriots Endorsed Candidate and Supporters
Krista Keating-Joseph, who is running for County Commissioner against Jeremiah Blocker and is endorsed by We the People, has disregarded the rules. She illegally parked her vehicle at Ponte Vedra Library overnight before the start of early voting for the primaries in order to get a strategic spot for campaigning and has kept it there since. She was heard yelling at voters, “Vote for Krista. Screw Blocker.” She and her husband have gone into the parking lot to talk to people and hand out We the People voting cards, which is against the rules. Her husband even taps on the car windows and shoves in their voter guide.
Missing signs: The Trump Club endorsed candidate signs keep getting stolen at the voting locations so the candidates not on the We the People endorsed list have to take their signs down at the end of each day and put them back up the next day.
Doris Taylor, who is with We the People, spit on an elections worker at the St Augustine Beach City Hall when they came out to ask her to stop approaching people in their cars. She also told a DeSantis field organizer not to bother coming around to door knock for DeSantis. They don’t even like him now!
III. We the People Supports Candidates Opposed to Candidates Supported by Gov. DeSantis
None of the candidates supported by We the People are supported by Gov. Ron DeSantis or by the Trump Club of St Johns County. Furthermore, Jerry James, who is supported by We the People, apparently asked for President Trump’s support, and he refused. Political signs have been posted that imply such support, which is not the case. State Senator for District 7, Travis Hutson, IS endorsed by Gov. DeSantis and the Trump Club of St Johns County.
It is terrible that We the People are calling our firefighters thieves and uneducated when they are putting their lives on the line for our safety every day.
Given the above, we hope that people will give pause to consider the candidates endorsed by We the People.
