Dear Trump “America-First” Conservatives,
Basically, the Soros-backed Manhattan DA Bragg colluded with the Biden/Obama administration to attempt another takedown of President Trump yesterday. Biden said publicly that “they” had to stop Trump from regaining power, admitting their devious coordination with Bragg.
Bragg has indicted President Trump for making erroneous accounting entries years ago. President Trump doesn’t even make accounting entries!
The only crime charged in this thing is ‘Falsifying business records.’ Normally a misdemeanor, Bragg is charging it as a felony.
Yet, he doesn’t charge any other crimes or even spell out what the other crime, which is what allows him to upgrade the charges into a felony, might be.
There are so many problems with this thing that it’s difficult to know where to begin.
-Stormy has previously stated there was no affair
-Cohen pleaded guilty to falsifying the very invoices/records these charges are built on
-Cohen also pleaded guilty to lying to Congress
-Trump separated from the Trump Org when he became President and turned it over to trustees
-Trump wasn’t even in New York on ANY of the dates mentioned in the counts!
-The fact that Trump wasn’t in NY during the alleged criminal acts, but was instead in DC and elsewhere, I think would normally kick this thing over to the SDNY.
They already looked into this matter and decided not to charge.
Reportedly for two reasons:
a) Concerns about Cohen’s credibility and
b) a long-held DOJ legal opinion that states, “The indictment or criminal prosecution of a sitting President would unconstitutionally undermine the capacity of the executive branch to perform its constitutionally assigned functions.”
-Lastly, there’s the issue of the statute of limitations. The alleged crimes took place outside of the 5yr limit. Even the most recent payment is out of it.
Prosecutors said they expect to produce discovery in next 65 days. Trump’s team has until August 8 to file any motions. Prosecutors have until Sept. 19 to respond The Judge will rule on motions at Dec. 4 hearing.
How far will this go? What is the threat of this conviction for Trump?
Does he look like a man who is worried about this conviction? No!
So relax…this is all part of the plan.
